de 500 persones dinen amb aliments aprofitats cuinats<\/strong><br \/><strong>per xefs de refer\u00e8ncia.<\/strong><\/p><p>Girona ha estat enguany la ciutat escollida per a celebrar el Gran Dinar<br \/>d\u2019Aprofitament Alimentari que s\u2019ha celebrat davant del Mercat Municipal del Lle\u00f3.<\/p><p>Entre les activitats programades ha destacat una exhibici\u00f3 culin\u00e0ria, tallers,<br \/>cercavila i, sobretot, una fira d\u2019entitats que treballen en el camp de la<br \/>conscienciaci\u00f3 sobre la necessitat de no llen\u00e7ar aliments.<br \/>El Banc d\u2019Aliments de les Comarques de Girona ha estat una de les entitats<br \/>organitzadores d\u2019aquest esdeveniment, amb la Plataforma Aprofitem els Aliments,<br \/>del Departament d\u2019Agricultura, Ramaderia, Pesca i Alimentaci\u00f3 de la Generalitat de<br \/>Catalunya i l\u2019Ajuntament de Girona i amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3, tamb\u00e9, de les entitats<br \/>Espigoladors i la C\u00e0tedra de Gastronomia, Cultura i Turisme Calonge i Sant Antoni,<br \/>entre d\u2019altres, sota del patrocini del segell Girona Excel\u00b7lent de la Diputaci\u00f3 de<br \/>Girona.<br \/>L\u2019\u00e0pat, que se servia de manera gratu\u00efta, va ser elaborat amb aliments recuperats i<br \/>cuinat per xefs de refer\u00e8ncia a les comarques gironines, liderats pel xef Lluc<br \/>Quintana (Can Xapes) i amb la Carme Picas (El Ginjoler) i la Susanna Vila (Menjar<br \/>Casol\u00e0) tamb\u00e9 conegudes cuineres.<br \/>Mentre en molts indrets del m\u00f3n hi ha persones que continuen morint de fam, als<br \/>pa\u00efsos desenvolupats malbaratem 127 quilos d\u2019aliments per persona i any.<br \/>La presidenta del Banc d\u2019Aliments, Carme Casacoberta, ha destacat que \u201caquest<br \/>any 2023 hem recuperat 1.605 tones d\u2019aliments que d\u2019altra manera s\u2019haurien<br \/>perdut; aix\u00f2 representa el 58% d\u2019aliments que entren al Banc i ens permet<br \/>contribuir contra el canvi clim\u00e0tic perqu\u00e8 amb aquestes 1.605 tones hem pogut<br \/>estalviar 3.098 tones de
